Here at Hotel Doolin we have a passion for delivering original wholesome and inventive food, using local produce such as Michael Connell's Lobster, Flaggy Shore Oysters, St. Tola's Goat's Cheese, Burren Smoked Salmon and organic salads and herbs from our own garden and polytunnel and Moyhill Community Garden. We have committed to sourcing 90% of our ingredients from a 90 mile radius. We bake all our own breads and all desserts are made in house by our own pastry team.
Food options served all day long at Hotel Doolin from Fitz's Pub, which is open 7 days a week for both lunch and dinner from 12.30pm- 3pm and 5pm- 9.30pm. Please see Fitz's Pub menus here
