Doolin isn't a ballroom wedding. Doolin is Atlantic air, fresh oysters, pints of Dooliner, generous helpings of proper local food and free-flowing wine. It's fiddles and flutes, fires in the courtyard and a midnight moon rising over the Barn. It's old friends, new friends, another tune, another pint and Tayto sandwiches at 4am. Sing-songs at dawn, waking to the smell of fresh bread from the bakery and the best coffee in Clare to bring you back to life. It's jumping off the pier to clear the head, a whole weekend with your favourite people and nowhere else you'd rather be. One wedding, one weekend, the whole place to yourselves. No rushing, no rules, no conveyor belt. Doolin is nobody wanting to go home. Ever.
