Glas is a cosy forty seat restaurant where our chefs really get to show off what amazing local produce can do. Built around our 30 Mile Menu ethos, almost everything served here comes from within 30 miles of Hotel Doolin.
You’ll find seafood classics like black sole on the bone, Moher lobster and Doolin crab claws, alongside the very best of Burren beef steaks, plus seasonal dishes that change with what’s fresh, local and in peak form.
Glas is also available for private parties and group dining, perfect for special celebrations, gatherings and intimate events.
