Behind the bar you’ll find our very own Dooliner Red Ale, brewed specially for us, alongside a huge selection of Irish whiskeys and a menu of bespoke cocktails mixed by our talented team.
And of course, Fitz’s is famous for its live music sessions, happening 365 days of the year, where the spirit of Doolin really comes alive.
Add in friendly faces and the glow of the fire on a winter’s evening and you’ve got everything a proper pub should be.
Fitz’s is famous for traditional Irish music, lively sessions, thirst-quenching pints and a cracking selection of Irish craft beers. With over 100 whiskeys behind the bar, ask for the Whiskey Bible, try one of our signature cocktails or enjoy a glass of our specially selected organic wine.
No bookings, no fuss. Fitz’s operates on a first come, first served basis.

Dooliner Beer
Doolin is famous for its pubs, its music and the thirsty musicians and revellers who fill them. So we reckoned it was only right that the village had a beer of its own.
After countless hours of painstaking research and more than a few head-splitting hangovers, we finally settled on the recipe for Dooliner, our smooth, creamy Irish red ale. Easy-drinking and full of flavour, with toasted malt, a touch of sweetness and a gentle hop finish, it’s made using 100% natural Irish ingredients.
