What it’s like to work here

Hotel Doolin isn’t a conveyor belt hotel.
We host weddings, festivals, gigs and late nights. We work hard. The pace can be busy. But the atmosphere is supportive and respectful, and people look out for each other.

You’ll work with experienced colleagues who will help you learn, and you’ll be trusted to do your job properly once you know it.
